Idria offers a range of diagnostic tools to help you and your organisations receive feedback from staff, peers and managers on a range of factors from project management efficiencies to leadership skills, styles and behaviour. Our tools are particularly powerful when combined with our scenario-based simulations and professional development workshops.
Idria’s tools include self assessment surveys through to 360° profiles in the areas of leadership (our OPENUP tool), project management (our TAPE tool) and team engagement (Idria's EES tool).
