Our Policy & Procedure simulations are built to ensure accelerated learning and increased retention of knowledge though purpose-built storylines around three perspectives: what participants need to know, how participants need to act and finally what the organisation expects of participants. Embedded corporate policies and procedures encourage learners to quickly gain intimate knowledge that will lead to them demonstrating proactive behaviour and actions as a direct result of their training.
