THE PEOPLE SIDE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Leading a team to deliver a successful project requires specific people management skills. The People Side of Project Management program is a two day course that addresses some of the key challenges faced by project managers in managing project teams and stakeholders. The lessons learned in this simulation are extremely powerful and are based on extensive research and practical experience. Participants develop practical skills and solutions that are readily implemented when they return to work.
